City Hotel, Hospital Street – Colombo – 01
With the growing demand for the need for hotel rooms in Colombo specially the boutique type of hotels, we designed a boutique type hotel on a 13 perch land on a prime location. Construction work is in progress for this project. It has 37 rooms with an outlook of Dutch Architecture that is prevalent in that street. The building consists of a basement and Ground + 6 floors. In ground floor an arcade is incorporated as a continuation of an element that was given as a design guideline.
