The land is located facing Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07 and Sir James Peiris Mawatha, Colombo 2 and has an extent of 23 perches. The client intends to put up a city hotel in this premises.
Since it is facing two Road frontages we have considered Sir James Peiris Mawatha as our main road, which determines the rear as shown in the drawing. In the feasibility it was found that there should at least 45-50 rooms to have a clear rate of return for the investment. Due to the complication of the land there will not be a basement.
