The hotel site is located at Wadduwa, a two acres land with a 100m-beach frontage. Having studied the nature of the site the design is done as a scattered development which consist of a separate Entrance building, 6 two storied chalets, Restaurant, Bar (with mechanical, electrical, plumbing & drainage, electrical distribution, fire detection & protection, A/C, PABX System Generators, CCTV) are arranged to capture the view of the sea as much as possible The Kitchen service and staff accommodation are placed towards the boundary for easy services.
