1000 Housing Unit at Mihindusenapura, Dematagoda – Phase 02 – 500 Housing Units
We provided consortium consultancy services for the UDA/Ministry of Defense & Urban Development for designing and project management work of the 2 – 10 storied building blocks under the Urban Regeneration Projects – Colombo City. We did all architectural, structural, building services work including piling and infrastructure development design work. The entire project management was done under our preview and the project was successfully completed in 24 months.
